Donkey, Burro and Zebra
The Donkey & Zebra pattern is 13" long
The zebra and the donkey are made exactly the same, except the donkey has longer ears. Donkeys can be brown or gray (or plaid, if you want) short fur, with felt or vinyl hooves. Zebra print fabrics are common -- just don't use a stretch unless you line it with a stable fabric. The baskets can be made from straw placemats, zigzagged to prevent raveling. or felt, vinyl or textured material will do. There is supplemental patterns and instructions to make the donkey into a miner's mule, with saddlebags, blanket, ropes, bundles, bedroll, pickax, shovel and gold pan.
